Residential Mountain Complex located on Apennine Mountains

This project for 14 apartments in a residential complex on the Modena’s Apennines in Fanano has been conceived with the same vernacular style of the adjacent Private Villa already designed. The project (part of an ideal village) re-proposes the typical architectural features of the area, the same details and finishes with the materials of the local building tradition. The result consists of an articulated linear architectural composition, in which 14 housing units are inserted, each with pleasant unique characteristics and consistent with the valuable context of the natural landscape.
