Contemporary Urban Apartment

This urban apartment in a renovated building has been designed for a young “single” professional who wanted a functional, elegant solution with a refined but sober look. Two solutions have been proposed for this project: a more formal one with a prevalence of fine makassar ebony wood, and a contemporary style solution with gray lacquers contrasted with white, hints of mauve backgrounds, on a warm teak flooring, light and bright, which has become the definitive choice. The lighting emphasizes and is carefully functional to the different areas. The open space kitchen with work island and shelf for breakfast, perfectly integrates between living room and dining without appearing too much in evidence. The ensuite bathroom has a modern design furniture with large integrated basin, a very large shower, all covered in large gray marble tiles and glass mosaics in different shades of gray and mauve, geometrically designed.
