Contemporary Urban 2 Levels Penthouse

Penthouse and attic on two levels with mezzanine and double volumes. In this project, with elegant and warm contemporary style, but with limited spaces, there was a great accuracy in the distribution of functional spaces, both horizontally and vertically, raising the coverage slightly, using every available centimetre, drawing inspiration from typical solutions for yacht interiors. The result obtained makes an impression of a space greater than the real one, with exceptional general functionality. The elegant outdoor terrace, elegantly furnished even with a spa, creates an extension of the living room, contributing greatly to enlarging both the general perspective and the welcoming atmosphere and entertainment opportunities, even for guests.
